Michigan Microtech, Inc. was originally established in 1980 and built our first warehouse / retail store location in 1983. Our main focus at that time was the C and KU band "BIG" satellite dish and home electronic sales, service and installation. In the early years, the owners of Microtech built a lasting relationship with our customer base. We here at Microtech have always enjoyed satisfaction in offering our customers a quality product with prompt service to insure that customers return business. Several years later Microtech changed with the times and became a home service provider for PrimeStar satellite TV selling and installing this service and equipment throughout the United States. During that same time frame Microtech also started expanding business into many different directions. Custom home electronic installation, commercial and residential pre-wiring, home security and even swimming pool and spa sales and installation. In the late 90's DirecTV purchased PrimeStar and Microtech was along for the ride. What this meant is that there were approximately 3 million customers across the country that needed to have their PrimeStar equipment removed and their new DirecTV system installed. Microtech grew exponentially because we had the capability of getting the job done and due to this has substantiated our business in the world of mini dish sales, service and installation. This now brings us to the present time. The business name Microtech is synonymous with DirecTV throughout the country. One thing that hasn't changed over the years is the common goal here at Microtech, which is to ensure the satisfaction of every customer.
