Since 1936, the hospital, care center and clinic of Lakewood Health System have been committed to provide quality healthcare to the region in a caring and professional manner. We have strived to be a leader in rural health care. We work hard to improve, upgrade and continually evaluate existing services to find new and innovative ways to maintain and even exceed our current high standards. Our Foundation was established to help up achieve this goal. The mission of the Lakewood Health System Foundation is to provide the opportunity to preserve and enhance health and wellness for the communities we serve by encouraging the support to our Foundation. To further this mission, we are pleased to introduce our bequest society - the Lakewood Health Legacy. We would like to offer you the opportunity to help make a difference for future generations by naming the Lakewood Health Legacy in your will or estate plan. You can specify the areas where and how you would like the funds used from coronary care, surgery, home care, hospice, long-term care and senior housing to health education in the areas of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer's.
