The administrative "home" of ITC, where the details of membership and training accreditation are processed and recorded, is based in New Zealand. After running its own operation in Anaheim, California for 65 years, ITC now contracts out its membership services to Media Matters and Associates Limited, a marketing communication and management services company. Operating from premises in Fraser Street, Tauranga, New Zealand, Media Matters and Associates Limited services a range of clients from multinationals to small business.
