Richard Pulis, the founder, started appraising in 1961 for the Federal Land Bank and Farm Credit services. Upon retiring in January of 1996, he began his own business appraising agriculture and in May of 1996, his son Dave Pulis joined him representing the commercial market. At this point, Agri/Com Appraisals was formed. In early 2001 we entered the residential market. Rolly Garza is our residential appraiser.
