CCBenefits, Inc. is a partnership of Kjell Christophersen and Henry Robison, two senior economists based in Moscow, Idaho. The company was established in February 2000 in cooperation with the ACCT. The company provides analysis of the economic impacts generated by community and technical colleges and by statewide community college systems across the country.
