Telic was founded in 1999 and today has nearly 50 employees in its offices in Morristown, New Jersey and Manila, Philippines. Our mission is to build and provide to telecom service providers, cable companies and other network operators a state-of-the-art managed software platform for the creation, deployment and management of next-generation telecom services. We accomplish this by developing innovative software that solves real problems and offering it with industry-leading knowledge and expertise. Our flagship platform, called xVox, is a next-generation OSS (NGOSS) and application suite that allows our customers to manage multiple services from a single point. It provides unprecedented openness and flexibility, reduces up front investment and ongoing operating expense, speeds time-to-market, and mitigates the risk of managing rapidly-evolving VoIP technology. Our customers include TDM-based carriers needing a speedy roll out of IP Telephony, ISPs desiring to add voice and enhanced applications to their existing data offerings, and next-gen service providers wanting to offer advanced telephony services over 3rd party networks and facilities.
