Our mission is to help dramatically improve our client's performance through the renewal of business strategies and business processes as well as the innovative application of information technologies. We gauge our success by our clients' success. We are not personally satisfied unless our clients believe that they have received outstanding value for the investment they make with us. As a result, we have established and sustained mutual long-term business relationships based on value and trust with many organizations in diverse industry segments. Our approach is to share our knowledge by working collaboratively with client organizations so that their professional staff are more capable to independently conduct subsequent initiatives. We do this by jointly engaging in client change efforts in a way which builds experience and transfers knowledge to staff. We consider ourselves to be mentors, teachers, facilitators, advisors and coaches as well as sounding boards and quality reviewers by working closely together. Our group is primarily composed of senior level practitioners who have worked with one another over the past fifteen years in highly respected international firms. Our professionals are well regarded and each has at least twenty years of experience, much of which has been spent in change leadership positions. We have applied our expertise to business management, cross-functional process management, knowledge management, project management and information management challenges. We have a proven record in a variety of industries and public sector institutions and have in depth expertise and a solid track record in several of these.
