Threewide Corporation was founded in July of 1999 as Threewide Media, LLC and has been focused on Real Estate data interoperability since its inception. In mid-2000, the company became Threewide.com, Inc. The original focus was to streamline the flow of listing data from point of origin to its final destination. The founders began their vision by focusing on a digital data gathering solution for the real estate industry. With its niche focus, the Company raised equity financing, allowing it to develop a patent-pending digital recording solution and web-based data entry application, ListAndSend. ListAndSend was cutting edge real estate technology and attracted attention from the largest MLS associations. Threewide Corporation secured Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) in Rockville, Maryland as its first customer. From there, Threewide has expanded its suite of products and services to include ListExporter and ListSecure, a complete set of MLS tools to package and transport MLS data and images. These tools are designed to give MLSs more control while securing their most vital asset, their data. The evolution has given Threewide products the ability to capture, package and transport listing data to multiple destinations. To date, Threewide has secured over 34 contracts, representing over 400,000 agents.
