The East Haddam Free Public Library strives to assemble, preserve and administer, in organized collections, books and related educational and recreational material in order to promote the communication of ideas. We seek to provide opportunity and encouragement for children, young people, and adults to educate themselves continuously. We attempt to foster and instill the love of reading. We hope to provide a friendly, helpful atmosphere for all our visitors.
