The Vermont Bar Association is your voice and represents your interests before the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of our state government. It is also a liaison to the American Bar Association and represents you with our Congressional delegation. In recent years, the Vermont Bar Association has been dedicated to improving the system of judicial nomination and judicial retention. It has affected the outcome of legislation of interest to Vermont lawyers as well as lay Vermonters. The VBA maintains a full-time lobbying presence during the legislative session.
