The Institute, which has grown to three campuses - two in Vermont and one at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in Tortola, BVI - produces highly qualified chefs, managers, culinary professionals, and industry leaders. New England Culinary Institute offers an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts, an A.O.S.
