Monticello-Big Lake Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital dedicated to providing patient-centered care that improves the health and well-being of our community. The hospital provides care to more than 35,000 patients and their families each year. Monticello-Big Lake Hospital is a community owned hospital with an eight-member elected Board of Directors. Board members are elected by and represent the residents of Becker Township, Big Lake City and Township, Monticello City and Township, Otsego City and Silver Creek Township. Monticello-Big Lake Hospital, along with Monticello-Big Lake Nursing Home, employs more than 500 staff members and has more than 150 medical staff members.
