HRM Properties & Development, LLC is a commercial development and property management company that is family owned and locally operated by Harold, Rebecca and Mason Oliver. Since 1995, HRM has developed high quality, top performing commercial properties that work to bring quality, innovation, value and service to the surrounding community and its residents. HRM Properties & Development, LLC began its first major commercial development, known as Mason Square, in 1995. This was a 30 acre commercial project located at the corner of US Route 34 and Douglas Road in Oswego, IL. Phase I (15 acres) was successfully completed in 2001 and is home to BP Amoco, Old Second National Bank, Culvers Restaurant, La Petite Academy and a 47,000 square foot retail center. Mason Square's location and development was the cornerstone for the development of the neighboring corners which includes anchors like Target, Home Depot, Dominick's and Office Max. HRM has new strategically located commercial developments underway in Yorkville, Elgin and Oswego. HRM has recently completed showcase developments in Shorewood, Oswego, Palatine, and Hinsdale. We are also the preferred developer for Old Second National Bank and Castle Bank, NA, having constructed nine banking facilities over the past several years. HRM Properties & Development, LLC is unique. It is staffed to function as a construction project manager for its development projects, encompassing land improvement, installation of infrastructure and construction of its structures and build-outs. As a result, HRM is able to take an aggressive, fast-track approach to construction schedules. One of the ways this benefits the development is by allowing tenants to build out quickly and lease dollars to be generated as soon as possible. This facet of HRM brings a higher level of expertise, productivity, and continuity to its construction projects.
