RCI Phlebotomy classes provide instruction in how to perform venipuncture and handle or care for collected blood samples. All of our classes are regulated and approved by the state of California's Department of Health LFS. RCI is a California approved center for Phlebotomy training and education as well as American Heart Association CPR certification.
