Indiana Traditional Arts Center is an outstanding community facility showcasing traditional and contemporary fine art and fine craft through the ITAC Gallery and through art classes for children and adults. We are located at 260 W. Main St. Monrovia, Indiana USA, in lovely Morgan County, just minutes south west of Indianapolis. Our beautiful c.1900 main building with classrooms and gallery also includes the rear carriage house for the textile and fiber arts. We offer classes in weaving, spinning, photography, rug hooking, braiding, watercolors, oils, china painting, sand casting, knitting, needle felting, woodworking, herb gardening, pottery and much more. Groups and scheduled visitors, including Home Schoolers, are very welcome for a textile presentation. Guest lecturers are scheduled for presentations, covering many areas of the arts and history.
