Ellen Murray, a native of Monroe, LA, obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in 1989 and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University in 2000. Ellen has over 35 years of experience under her belt, working as a Nurse Practitioner for 25 years, primarily in ENT. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as an emergency room RN for 11 years. Ellen is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ellen joined Affinity Health Group’s ENT department in Monroe, LA in the Fall of 2025.
