Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) provides integrated computer systems for in-house and outsourced data processing to commercial banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. The Company’s array of products and services includes processing transactions, automating business processes, and managing information for more than 8,800 financial institutions and corporate entities. The Company has developed and acquired banking and credit union application software systems that it markets, together with compatible computer hardware, to these financial institutions. It is organized in two segments: bank systems and services, and credit union systems and services. It also performs data conversion and software implementation services for its systems and provide continuing customer support services after the systems are implemented.
