Circuit Riders, LLC is a technical development partnership owned and operated by Mary and Don Ecsedy. Mary is an information design specialist whose experience includes technical writing, systems analysis and design, and website development. She is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication and a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter, with 12 years professional experience in software and website development in a variety of industries. Don has 15 years experience in the financial services industry as an information design specialist responsible for the conversion of paper records and proprietary databases for online access on corporate intranets. Both Don and Mary are also former law librarians, a profession renowned for its attention to accuracy, useablity, and availability of information.
