Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. is a is a holding company engaged, through various subsidiaries, in providing investment management, distribution, shareholder services, fund accounting and other related administrative services to open-end investment companies, such as Integrity Mutual Funds, Integrity Managed Portfolios and The Integrity Funds (collectively, the Funds). Integrity Mutual Funds consists of three open-end investment companies, including ND Tax-Free Fund, Inc., Montana Tax-Free Fund, Inc. and Integrity Fund of Funds, Inc. Integrity Managed Portfolios consists of one open-end investment company containing six separate portfolios, including the Kansas Municipal Fund, Kansas Insured Intermediate Fund, Nebraska Municipal Fund, Oklahoma Municipal Fund, Maine Municipal Fund and New Hampshire Municipal Fund.
