The Sovereign Grounds is a friendly neighborhood coffee shop located just off the corner of 48th and Chicago in South Minneapolis since 1995. The coffee comes from beans roasted here in the store, and our bakery items are home-made. Click here for more about our coffee. It's a place to relax, meet people, talk, have great coffee and maybe pick up some fresh beans to take home. There are comfortable spots for adults and a big playroom for the kids.
