Rafail Shirl established Rafail Shirl Income Tax Service in 1978 for people with limited English. We have customers from all over the world: USA, Canada, former Soviet Union, Poland, Bulgaria, Albania, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Yugoslavia, Hungary, China, Korea, Vietnam, Mongolia, Moroco, Soudi Arabia, Germany, Austria, Israel, Lebanon, Uganda, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, and Egypt. We speak English, Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Polish. Our services range from booking and auditing to tax preparation. We prepare individual, corporation, partnership, estate, and gift tax returns. We prepare state income tax returns for all states (where required). Most returns are prepared in front of the customer. We offer electronic filing. For tax preparation we use ATX, ProSeries, Drake & Microvision "Tax Relief" software. For bookkeeping we use different software's dependant on our customer needs. As of June 2001, we are offering a new service - residential mortgages lending.
