ObjectFX Corporation is a privately-held software company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with offices in Maryland and Virginia to service U.S. Government customers. Since our founding in 1994, ObjectFX has pursued the goal of enabling mainstream developers, systems integrators and IT groups to add geospatial capabilities to their applications without requiring detailed knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS). Today ObjectFX markets its products in a growing and evolving technology segment that International Data Corporation (IDC) has labeled "spatial information management" (SIM). IDC has stated that "SIM technology is migrating from specialized GIS applications to broad relevance within IT ecosystems."
