Buca, Inc. develops, owns and operates a chain of Italian restaurants under the name Buca di Beppo. The Company's Buca di Beppo restaurants are full service restaurants that offer Italian cuisine served in family-style portions meant for sharing, as well as single portions for individuals, in an atmosphere that reflects the decor and ambiance of post-War Italian/American restaurants. Most recipes come from the southern region of Calabria, although Buca also offers northern Italian favorites. Majority of the Buca di Beppo restaurants are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Its dinner-only restaurants typically are open during the week days, as well as on the weekends.
