Amerilab Technologies, the leader in effervescent manufacturing, was established in 1995 at single, 23,000 sq. ft. facility with 30 employees. Amerilab now has multiple US effervescent manufacturing sites with over 170,000 sq. ft., 200 employees and annual production capabilities in excess of 750 million effervescent tablets. Amerilab will soon have effervescent manufacturing capabilities in China to service our clients who may have Eastern, international distribution needs. Amerilab offers a range of effervescent development, manufacturing and packaging services to satisfy both small and large effervescent product needs. These include small scale 10 to 50 Kg pilot batches and hand packaging for new product ideas to full scale production (up to 2400 Kg batch sizes) with fully automated packaging lines. We operate under Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the highest level of control from receipt of materials through processing and final packaging of your products. Amerilab Technologies offer onsite analytical capabilities to ensure raw materials and products meet your established release criteria before delivering effervescent product to you or your customers.
