The North Acres Baptist Church was organized as Southside Baptist Church. Upon our move to our present location, we changed our name. We have had a great past. We thank God for all of the opportunities He has placed before us in these years. We believe, however, that the greatest opportunity and certainly the greatest challenge we have ever faced, is before us now. We believe that the best time to be in service for God is now. We invite you to come and worship with us and to share our vision and opportunity. We are an independent autonomous local New Testament Baptist Church. We are voluntarily affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Louisiana Baptist Convention and the Webster / Claiborne Baptist Association.
