John is one of a very select group of people to have earned a Diploma in Value Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. His learning experiences respect the teachings of the originator of Value Analysis, Lawrence Miles.Having met the stringent requirements for professional competence established by SAVE International (formerly the Society of American Value Engineers), John is registered as a Certified Value Specialist. This title has been awarded to only a few hundred individuals in the United States. John's years of experience include directing value engineering studies for projects of varying sizes, some exceeding $30 million in scope. He also has more than 25 years experience as an architect and construction manager.Boldt personnel regularly receive training in value engineering techniques. Our teams have value engineered projects for companies of many types and sizes across the United States.
