Bloom Companies, LLC was formed by Mathew Tharaniyil in May of 1998. Prior to founding Bloom, Mathew worked for the City of Milwaukee and played an integral role in the City's infrastructure design. When Bloom began operations, the primary focus of the company was to provide quality services for bridge and structural engineering. With the addition of qualified professionals, Bloom has been able to expand its service offerings. Today the company offers a wide range of engineering services including bridge, structural, highway/roadway, traffic, geotechnical, environmental, land surveying, site development, stormwater management, value engineering and construction engineering.
