Schroeder and Holt is a full service architecture, design and planning firm. Our firm specializes in commercial architecture, and while we provide solutions for many building types our emphasis is in retail architecture, motion picture cinemas and offices. Our office is located in Milwaukee, WI and while we have many local projects, we are able to work nationwide. Currently we have active projects in 15 states and are registered in 37 states. Additionally, with our NCARB certification we can be licensed in the remaining states should the need arise. At Schroeder and Holt, we recognize the importance of sustainable design and have LEED accredited professionals on staff to assess environmental impacts early in the design process in order to maximize efficiencies, conserve resources and reduce overall operating costs for our clients.
