The Milton Historical Society was founded in 1904 to collect, preserve, publish and exhibit artifacts and records relating to the town of Milton, Massachusetts. It is headquartered at the Suffolk Resolves House, where a precursor to the Declaration of Independence was signed on September 9, 1774.
