The North East Community Center, based in Millerton, New York is a non-profit service organization focusing on the needs of the youth and elderly of northeastern Dutchess County. NECC offers after-school programs, job training for teens, and transportation for senior citizens among it’s many social services. It is a vital part of the community of the Town of North East.
