We study the Bible, the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo & the Mother, & the yoga of Pharmahansa Yogananda. We honor the truth in all religions and agree to live in oneness with divine in all dimensions. We practice the Art of Spiritual Healing, Prayer, Meditation, Yoga, Fitness, Herbs, and Nutrition wellness. We believe all healing is self-healing rather than the relief of symptoms.
