Founded in 1999, DigiLore's headquarters is located in Cincinnati, OH; with offices in Flint, Michigan; Laguna Niguel, California; and Dubai, UAE. Our mission is to provide the necessary tools required to empower companies to capture, retain and continuously refresh explicit (documented) and tacit (undocumented) knowledge, and deliver this knowledge to the workforce "on demand." The workforce in the United States is rapidly approaching retirement age. Perhaps the most dramatic example of this trend is the civilian workforce within Department of Defense. The average age for DoD maintenance and logistics personnel (all 700,000 of them) is above 50. Half of these people are eligible for retirement in five years or less.
