They will lie to you about the program details in order to obtain your money to provide the inadequate services they promote. They are both extremely disrespectful and think they're above you! And there excuse will always be .."well you were ordered to do classes for a reason". Stupid deflecting tactics IDIOTS use when they've been confronted for being unethical and unprofessional behavior!!
