Utah Medical Products, Inc. (UTMD) manufactures medical devices that are mostly disposable and for hospital applications. The Company, which caters to both the United States and overseas markets, has four general product line categories. The obstetrics line consists of labor and delivery management tools for monitoring fetal and maternal well-being, reducing risk in difficult delivery procedures. The gynecology/electrosurgery/urology line includes tools for gynecological procedures associated primarily with cervical/uterine disease, specialty excision and incision tools, conservative urinary incontinence therapy devices, and urology tools. The neonatal care product category includes devices that provide developmentally-friendly care to critically ill babies.
