URS Medical Products is a woman owned and operated organization committed to fighting breast cancer by spreading the message: Early Detection Saves Lives. We provide medical institutions and educational facilities with early detection tools that they, in turn, distribute throughout their community. Our Self Breast Exam (BSE) Shower Cards are our signature products. They are made of polystyrene, die cut to hang on a shower head or door knob and provide detailed instructions on how to perform self exams to detect any abnormalities. With early detection, the five-year survival rate is 96%! In addition, as part of our pledge to fight breast cancer, we donate 5% of our proceeds each year to breast cancer research so that one day we can cure or even prevent this plague on women. We hope that with continued education, early detection, and ongoing research we can help diminish the risk of breast cancer over time.
