VK Howden, LLC. is a majority owned subsidiary of Hyperion Insurance Group. The company was established in June of 2006 and provides two separate and unique services to its clients; I) A Wholesale and Reinsurance Brokerage Service and II) An Underwriting Management Service. Our Underwriting division operates under the trade name Vernon Kelly Underwriters (VK Underwriters) and, as the name implies, is operated and managed by Matt Kelly and Bobby Vernon. Together, Matt and Bobby have over 20 years of underwriting and brokerage experience with a particular focus on the Latin American and the U.S. markets.
