Located in Mesa, Arizona, The Training Alliance was founded in 1988 by Dawn Zintel, President. As the name describes, The Training Alliance has always been an "alliance" of training professionals that finds the right people for a given job and then lets them do what they do best to help clients. In our initial years of development, and largely because of our proximity to Silicon Valley, The Training Alliance worked primarily with fast-growth, high-tech, Fortune 500 companies. However, as we have grown and expanded, we have extended our reach to a variety of industries. No matter what the industry, The Training Alliance has remained committed to its goal of establishing long-term relationships with clients and our network of consultants and trainers with whom we partner.
