Recruiters Alliance is a recruiting and split network. We specialize in job order and candidate splits. Our system utilizes listserv technology to distribute job orders and resumes via email. We also have an online database that contains a portion of the split job orders posted. Recruiters Alliance is a simple split network. We do not offer the bells and whistles other split networks offer, for example backend office support, specialized software, etc. (hence the extremely low annual fee.)
