The MCMUA has been designated by the freeholders in a Plan amendment to be the implementation agency of the Solid Waste Management Plan. As such, the MCMUA provides a recommendation on the proposed facility and Plan amendment to the freeholders. The applicant shall submit a copy of the application to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority.
