Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Comtech) designs, develops, produces and markets products, systems and services for communications solutions. The Company conducts its business through three business segments: telecommunications transmission, mobile data communications and radio frequency (RF) microwave amplifiers. Comtech sells its products to a diverse customer base in the global commercial and government communications markets. International sales include sales to United States domestic companies for inclusion in products that will be sold to international customers. One customer, a prime contractor, represented 3.1% of consolidated net sales during the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008 (fiscal 2008).
