The Medina County Bar Association is committed to supporting community groups and charitable organizations. The Association and many of its members contribute their time as well as finances to a variety of charities, including those that are closely related to the legal field. The Medina County Bar Association in the past has: 1) helped with the Mock Trial program, 2) contributed time and money to legal services for individuals who are unable to afford counsel through the United Way in Medina County, 3) provided pro bono legal services by many members to differing community service organizations throughout the County, 4) contributed attendance fees for continuing legal education to the Literacy Council of Medina County, Inc. (Project: LEARN), and 5) provided limited legal services to military personnel going to the Persian Gulf War and the War in Iraq.
