Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. was established in 1992 in Medina, New York by Edwin G. Blair, who continues to serve as President and CEO of the Organization. The Company was formed for the purpose of supplying high quality custom fiberglass products to the chemical and industrial waste water market. Drawing on extensive formal training and practical experience in both civil and chemical engineering Mr. Blair has developed an organization that is uniquely qualified to meet the needs of the Company's broad based and diverse clientele. Typical services provided to the chemical industry include custom built mixing and formulation vessels, special piping, duct work, dual contained sumps, filtration and processing equipment. In addition to process and storage equipment fabrication, Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. provides onsite services to a number of notable chemical related industries in northeastern United States and Canada. We have ongoing service, emergency response and design contracts with Eastman Kodak Company, Xerox, DuPont, and others. In 1993 Corrosion Control System, Inc. entered the waste water monitoring market with a complete line of high quality fiberglass flumes and weirs. In 1994 the firm developed it's own line of completely self contained fiberglass Metering Manhole Systems. Quality and accuracy are the hallmark of this complete and extensive line of products. All designs are based on extensive research dating back to the 1930s and on going laboratory verification. Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. maintains a close working relationship with leaders in the flow monitoring equipment industry such as American Sigma. In doing so, our firm has been able to use time proven designs of primary flow measuring devices in conjunction with state-of-the-art technology to provide the end user with the most accurate flow data available. Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. also designs and fabricates a complete line of fiberglass insulated weather proof enclosures used to protect sensitive control and monitoring equipment from the elements and vandalism. These quality structures range in size from 24" square to complete buildings measuring up to 10'-0" in width and 20'-0" in length. Typical units are designed to meet the special needs of the individual application and often include complete electrical wiring, heating systems, ventilation, and remote communication systems. Because of the quality and reliability of these structures, they have been chosen for use in some the most sensitive navigational and military applications. Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. is proud of it's independently recognized tradition of quality manufacturing aimed at achieving complete customer satisfaction by preventing nonconformity at all stages from design through manufacturing, to service during and after equipment installation. Our ANSI/ASQC Q9001 type Quality Assurance Program governs our complete operation from raw material selection to final product delivery. Process validation and documentation are the fundamental components of our standard operation procedures. Corrosion Control Systems, Inc. operates out of it's modern 30,000 square foot fabrication facility and company headquarters located at 10478 Ridge Road in Medina, NY.
