We are an architectural firm, providing complete architectural services including, architectural and facility programming, feasibility studies, project promotion, site investigation and analysis, agency consulting/review/approval, architectural design, construction drawings and specifications, interior space planning, selection and coordination of furnishings, existing facilities surveys, adaptive re-use of existing buildings, building restoration, master planning/land use planning, energy studies, life cycle cost analysis, budget control and cost estimating, project development scheduling and monitoring, building systems and materials research, bidding/negotiations assistance and evaluation, project management, contract/construction administration, post construction evaluation, and maintenance and operation programming services throughout Oregon and California. We have over twenty-six years of architectural experience in commercial, institutional, educational, municipal, financial and industrial projects, including interior design and selection and coordination of furnishings.
