Fairchild Semiconductor International is a leading global supplier of high performance products for multiple end markets, with 10,000 employees worldwide. In the past, Fairchild's global presence made training its employees, across four domestic sites and seven international sites, a daunting and expensive task. In an effort to find a training solution that would best cater to its needs, Fairchild selected KnowledgePlanet to develop a Web-based Training solution and customize its Web-based Learning Assistant. The company then purchased Firefly to empower its in-house development teams to produce effective training.
