Primland is constantly growing, changing, and evolving into the top destination in the area for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. And we look forward with great anticipation as more and more of this outstanding resort unfolds. Infrastructure improvements including a potable water system and a new waste water treatment facility have begun this fall to supply our growing needs on the property. The waste water treatment facility will help provide water for irrigation as part of our concerns for preserving the environment. Construction on our luxurious lodge is well underway. When completed in 2009, it will have 26 suites, a spa and fitness facilities, an upscale restaurant, a ballroom for events and meetings, a recreation room, and much more. Our fairway cottages will open in May 2008, providing elegant accommodations and wonderful views near the 10th and 18th fairways. Road improvements began this fall. We have just opened our new north gatehouse to welcome guests from US 58 and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Many more exciting things are part of the Primland Master Plan, and we will keep you informed about them as details develop. But an important part of the development of Primland is the conservation of the land. Primland is a place where guests and residents are meant to interact with nature. So while there will be activities for everyone here, there will always be the peace, beauty, and solitude of the mountains.
