We offer the exclusive Crest Clean Care System using only biodegradable, non-hazardous cleaning agents at all of our locations. We have converted all of our locations to this technologically advanced system. We are fully committed to protecting the environment for the benefit of everyone and, we actively recycle hangers and packaging plastics. Our longevity and technological advances are leading edge indicators of our business success. We are actively pursuing new locations in the metro area to expand. Our newest store, in Rockville, Maryland is a double, covered drive through. Dry Cleaning and Laundering are impacted by technology and, we have worked to stay ahead of the curve. However, our industry is extremely labor intensive and our employees are truly the backbone of our success. We currently have approximately 250 Crest team members; our individual store teams range from 10 to 20 production, customer service and management associates. Approximately 97% of our human capital is at the retail front lines. Each of our associates who averages 30 hours per week and is 18 years of age is eligible to participate in all of these benefits, with the company paying all or most of the cost. Herb, 91 years young and a fine silk finisher, started in the 1940's; Frank, our resident engineering genius for 40 plus years; Ruth (our Lake Ridge mature associate); Ellen, another mature silk finisher. We also thank the many students who served us well as part-time customer service associates throughout their high school and college years.
