The Crossover is a new church (started in February of 2000) in Mattoon, IL. The Crossover is a bridge between everyday people and God. It is a place comfortable enough to connect and nurturing enough to grow. Many people feel like church is an event they have to sit through. We believe that you should never have to sit through a relationship with God. The Crossover was started out of a desire to connect with Jesus Christ and to connect with an encouraging community of people and to grow as a person, finding out why God created you and learning how to fulfill your created purpose.
