We have a controlling interest in your products. From the day your order is placed until it is delivered to you, Michelex's Production Control System monitors product quality, service, and delivery. Our built-in vendor control and internal quality audit system includes "a first piece sample" inspection of material, orientation, and die performance. This is followed with in-process inspections, and a final inspection of the product and packaging. Our statistical process control capabilities allow us to adjust to your quality control needs.
