Anderson Hospital is a not-for-profit 135 bed acute care medical facility. Established in 1977, Anderson Hospital offers a full range of advanced health care services, from a state-of-the-art obstetrics unit - the Pavilion for Women - to emergency services that treated over 33,000 people last year. Over 220 physicians work with Anderson Hospital to meet the medical needs of our communities. These talented physicians constitute Anderson's medical staff - a staff that covers nearly 40 medical specialties. Anderson Hospital's patient volumes continue to reflect the growth and the strength of the communities that we serve, as well as the quality of our medical staff and hospital employees. The hospital continues to expand and add services to better meet the healthcare needs of our patients and their families. Each year we reinvest funds to improve upon the services we offer. Finally, the hospital's strong financial performance continues to provide a means to add new equipment and technology to better diagnose and treat disease as well as promote health.
