Drs. Dave and Mary Applegate have lived and practiced in Marysville since early 1991. Dr. Dave is a Family Physician. He is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, and is the elected Coroner of Union County. Dr. Dave is an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University and on staff at Riverside Methodist Hospitals. He is the current Treasurer of the Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital. He is a team physician/advisor for Marysville Schools. Dr. Mary specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics as she helps many of Maryville's doctors care for sick children at the Hospital. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University Hospitals and on staff at Riverside Methodist Hospital, and Children's Hospital. Currently, she serves as Chairperson for the Dept. of Medicine at Memorial Hospital. She is the Medical Director of Loving Care Hospice program in Union County. Dr. Peter Mustillo specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and has subs-specialty training in allergy, asthma and immunology. He did his residency at Ohio State and Children's hospital, and his sub-specialty training at Duke University Medical Center. He is an assistant clinical professor at Children's Hospital and Ohio State University Medical Center. Julie Sabo and Marissa Forrest are Certified Nurse Practitioners with certification in both, Family Practice and Pediatrics. Julie also has had a great deal of experience in Obstetrics. They greatly enhance the quality of medical care in the practice.
